In order to encourage people towards vegetarian lifestyle and show them a variety of vegetarian cuisine to peak their interest, we conducted many cooking classes and food demos. We also conduct the awareness about advantages of vegetarian diet and their nutritional importance. For parents with growing child, we help them understand the nutrition obtained from various vegetable which can be beneficial to their children.
